Be warned this book is extremely hot.. but I loved it. The concept of 2 authors has me intrigued as to who wrote what. I have my own guess, but whether I'm correct or not, well who knows. This book, being the first in a series, only begins to let us into Jake's world. He is tattoo artist extraordinaire, sexy biker man but the bit that caught on my heart is he is daddy to his fur baby Brutus. I loved the introduction of Jakes brothers and his work colleagues. I hope we see them get their own books or more time in other stories. I will most certainly be looking forward to the next book. Well done Hilary and Jacob!

Review
After reading Jake 1 I tried so hard to guess who wrote what part between these two awesome authors. I thought I had it sussed but this book has left me guessing all over again!! I absolutely love the complexity of the character Jake, there is so much more to him than people, especially Addi thinks and we saw more of these complexities in book 2 and I am sure we will see even more as the series continues. I am still on the fence about Addi but I think that is because she isn't treating Jake perfectly, however her love for Jax and Brutus are redeeming qualities. I totally squealed in a totally fan girl way when the new character Golden was introduced, I'm already looking forward to knowing more about his character. Congratulations Hilary and Jacob for a wonderful book, yet again, from the awesome cover, to the last word, you have rocked it. I easily award this book 5 stars~ Rosie
