Synopsis of Incredible Dreams by S.E. Felida
"Leona, a woman in her late twenties who has been dreaming about a guy that she doesn't know finally sees him in real life one day, but she doesn't approach him out of bizarreness of the whole situation and that leaves her with an feeling of missed opportunity, so when life gives her a second chance she grabs it with both hands.

Nathaniel, a police officer who's been on a hunt to find his brother's killer for over a year now turns out to be a dreamguy in real life too, and while things are going great between the two of them, Leona's long life friendship with her dear friend Naomi isn't.

Resenting the thought of having to choose between the two of them she and her two friends Alyssa and Alexandra come up with an idea to whisk Naomi away for a little holiday in the hopes that after they'd spend some quality time together things would finally go back to the way it used to be, but it doesn't and when Marcus, Naomi's current boyfriend who followed them out there confesses something to Leona that she really wished he hadn't, she keeps finding it harder and harder to even look her best friend in the eyes without feeling like the worst friend ever....."

My Review
Wowza! Where do I even begin?! 4.5 stars of hotness and suspense! There are so many secrets and so much suspense that I still don’t even know what’s going on.  I love Leona’s personality and how the author explains her background showing why she is the way she is. The book is written mostly from Leona’s POV, but sometimes switches to other characters POVs which I like and helps you understand what’s going on at that specific point in time. This is an awesome romantic suspense novel, but holy cliffhanger batman! I can’t wait for the next book!! :) ~Kendra

Teaser
I woke a few hours later with someone’s hand on my throat, I thought that it was Nathaniel trying to seduce me for make-up sex, but before I got the chance to tell him I still wasn’t in the mood, it started choking me. They were getting tighter and tighter, blocking my airway so I couldn’t breathe. My eyes started to tear up and my vision went blurry, I had to struggle to even keep them open.

My room was almost pitch black, but a sliver of light shined through my bedroom door and gave me a glimpse of my attacker. I stared at the woman and was sure that the lack of oxygen was making me delusional, it couldn’t be her. My attacker could not be Naomi, not my best friend. Not my sister.

Tears poured down my cheeks as I realized I was right. I wasn’t dreaming or going crazy and I couldn’t understand it. The room started spinning and I felt like I was going to pass out.

Seconds later, Alex and Alyssa ran into the room to investigate the commotion. Nate was trying to pull her off, but she somehow seemed to be stronger than him. Alex was crying at her to stop but she wouldn’t budge, she just stared at me with an unfamiliar anger in her eyes. The same anger we saw earlier at the club. Pulling and shouting at her clearly wasn’t working, so Alyssa grabbed Nathaniel’s stun gun from his jacket pocket and shot volts of electricity through our friend. She instantly fell to the floor, unconscious.

No one had seen her reach for the gun, so the severity of the action shocked us all. Alyssa dropped to the floor and leaned over the still body. “I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to hurt you, I didn’t know what to do.
Please forgive me, wake up.” She sobbed.

Author Interview
1.      Where are you from?
I was born in Curaçao, a small Island in the Caribbean but I’m currently living in Holland.

2.      Can you tell us a little about your family?
I’m married to the love of my life and we have three wonderful sons of the ages 11, 7 and 1.
We don’t have any pets but my oldest son wants a dog, I told him that we’d think about it and hey who knows maybe Santa will surprise him with a puppy this year * wink…wink*

3.      Do you have to travel over the Holidays?
Yes, we usually go to France this time of the year to visit Disneyland Paris with the kids. It’s so beautiful over there in December with all the Christmas lights and shows…I loveee it.

4.      When you aren’t writing, what do you like to do with your time?
When I’m not writing, working or studying you can find me in the kitchen exercising my second passion, I loveee to cook. On Saturday mornings you can find me on the soccer fields to watch my oldest son’s soccer matches, I’m a real soccer mom. And last but not least having a good old fashioned ladies night with my lovely friends.

5.      When and why did you begin writing?
I began writing short stories and poetry at the age of eleven, I’ve always loved to read books and growing up in a house full of brothers who always wanted to watch sports and play video games I would lock myself for hours in my bedroom to read…now don’t get me wrong I love watching sports and play video games as well but sometimes I just needed some privacy being the only girl in the house and all, so I started reading books at a young age and fell in love with it ever since.

6.      What inspired you to write your first book?
That would be a mixture of all the books I’ve ever read growing up.

7.      Do you have a specific writing style?
I like to think that you’ll get a bit of everything reading my books, but if I had to give it a name my writing would fit into the erotic, romance suspense novels category.

8.      What are you reading right now?
I’m currently reading Vendetta by Autumn Karr and Sienna Lane, it’s a great read and it’s set to be released December 17th so keep an eye out for it!!!

9.      Who are some of your favorite authors?
Stephen King, J.K. Rowling, Nicci French, Waris Dirie, Sylvia Day, E.L James, C.C. Brown and lots and lots more…too much for me to mention right now.

10.  Is there a particular movie that you preferred over the book version?
Well, I wouldn’t say that I prefer the movie over the books but I do have a Harry Potter addiction, I’ve watched all the movies like fifty times already.

11.  Do you prefer ebooks or paperbacks?
Both actually, but if I really, really had to choose then I would have to say paperbacks.

12.  Where’s your favorite place to write?
In the living room with the TV or the radio on for some music.

13.  What music are you listening to at the moment?
Marry Me by Jason Derulo

14.  What is something you hate doing? Why?
Attending funerals, I’ve been to one too many over the last couple of years.

15.  Where does the inspiration for your characters come from?
I really don’t know, they just popped into my mind when I started writing this story.

16.  What are your quirky habits?
I have the tendency to smell my food, I’ll literally hold my food just a few mere inches away from my nose and smell it, and let me just say that, that doesn’t sit well with a everyone ‘cause I’ve gotten more than a few raised eyebrows over the years but I can’t help it. I’ve been doing it ever since I was little and it kind of stuck with me, the second one would have to be that I need to check the house at least four or five times before I leave…I don’t know where that one came from but it annoys the hell out of my husband when he’s in a rush to leave lol.

17.  Any advice for other authors?
Follow yours dreams and always believe in yourself no matter what others might think of you and don’t let anyone tell you what you can or cannot do…only you know what you’re capable of, so if you really want something than gooo for it !!!

18.  Is there anything you want to tell your readers?
I’d like to thank them for all the love and support I’ve received over these last couple of months, I never expected any of it…so thank you for reading my book and for loving it.

19.  When can we expect Book #2 of the Dreams Series?
Book two which is called Irrational Behavior will be released the end of this month.

20.  Can you tell us a little bit about what you are currently working on?
I’m working on book three, the last book of the Dreams Series and on another project that I can’t wait to share with ya’ll…It’s called The Puppet Master and it’s an erotic, romance thriller.
